Pia Wurtzbach made history at the Arab Fashion Week
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is the star of the Arab Fashion Week this year as her fashion film for Inner Sactum by Amato Couture became the most viewed in the history of the fashion event.
Aside from being a beauty queen and promoting her advocacy to impart goodness to others, Pia is also loved for her own beauty and style.
Based on the article in The Philippine Star, Pia opened the Arab Fashion Week last March 28. She was wearing the avant-garde creations of fellow Filipino Furne One, tagged as the “King of Couture” in Dubai. He is also the designer behind the Dubai-based fashion house Amato Couture.
The fashion film featuring Pia Wurtzbach is titled Inner Sanctum which showcased one’s journey to life and finding the core values to battle against the uncertainties of the world. In less than a week, it has received more than 24 million total impressions, a record-breaking number in the history of the Arab Fashion Week.
“This is a great achievement for the whole team who worked tirelessly to create such a wonderful film. Pia’s magic charms the entire Middle East region, with her universal appeal and international charisma, everyone was put under her spell in this high fashion film in collaboration with the genius Furne One of AMATO Couture. I am so excited for Pia to explore new horizons in this part of the world,” Josh Yugen of Yugen PR Dubai said in a message to Philstar.
Furne One expressed gratitude to all who watched the fashion film of Pia Wurtzabach. The Filipino fashion designer also stressed that dreams are not impossible to achieve if unity is there and they hope that this will inspire more Filipinos to go after what they aspire to do.
Pia Wurtzbach is also thankful and overwhelmed because of the warm response that her project in Dubai has received. “I hope I make Filipinos all over the world proud,” the Miss Universe 2015 added.
