With this, the country’s total COVID-19 tally soared to 771,497. Of this number, 153,809 were considered as active cases, another all-time-high for the Philippines. But, this still does not include data from seven laboratories who have yet to submit their reports.

Moreover, the death toll due to COVID-19 also increased to 13,320 following the deaths of 17 more individuals. Meanwhile, 434 patients recovered from the virus raising the survivor count to 604,368.
