A tourist talked about Andi Eigenmann in this Facebook post
Celebrity Andi Eigenmann reacted to a post of tourist who talked about the time when she turned down the photo opportunity request.
It is quite normal for people to ask a photo with a celebrity and popular people from different fields. Some would gladly indulge, however, there are instances that celebrities turn down this kind of request.
This is what a tourist experience with Andi. Based on the article in PEP, the said tourist shared that experience on a Facebook travel group.
According to the tourist, they approached Andi Eigenmann and requested to have a photo with her. However, the celebrity refused to grant their request.
“We just want to know if the humble Andi on social media is the same as Andi in real life… Because I and my guests experienced that we wanted to take a picture with her twice but she didn’t allow us,” the tourist said.
Andi posted a screenshot of the statement from the tourist on her Instagram Story and in a series of video clips, she answered this issue against her in a cool way. There were even times that she would laugh as she was explaining her side.
The mom of three said that she thought that people would understand if she will turn down photo op request since she left show business in 2017. However, she realized that this is not the case since she is still active on YouTube.
Andi Eigenmann has her own YouTube channel. She stressed that she does not want people to misinterpret it when she refused to people who want a photo with her.
“And the last thing I want is for you guys to misinterpret it or think that it means I don’t appreciate all of your support. We love knowing and I find it amazing that there are a lot of you that think that a life out here is something to admire, or something to achieve for yourselves,” the celebrity mom said.
She added that she hopes people would realize that she is also human and that one of the reasons why she chose a life in Siargao is that the peace and simplicity the place has given to her.
Andi Eigenmann, on the other hand, clarified that as much as possible, she would grant photo op requests. However, she pointed out that not all the time, this is the case.
