Vivo iQOO Neo5 5G come in variants such as 128GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 12GB RAM. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4400 mAh battery + fast charging 66W.
The rear camera of the iQOO Neo5 5G consists of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth) while on the front, there is a single 16-megapixel (wide) camera.
Sensors on the smartphone include fingerprint (under display, optical), gyro, accelerometer, compass, and proximity. It also features USB OTG, USB Type-C 2.0, NFC, GPS with A-GPS, and Bluetooth 5.1. It was launched in Orange, Blue, and Black colors.
