Curfew Violator In Quezon City, Caught With Illegal Drugs

QUEZON CITY – Cases will be charged against a 19-year-old man after he was caught possessing illegal drugs and violating curfew hours.

QC Task Force Disiplina team leader Jayson Garganera reported that they were patrolling at Barangay Sto. Domingo at 1 in the morning, when they saw some teenagers violating curfew hours, which is among the COVID-19 health protocol, according to ABS-CBN News.

There they arrested the suspect under the alias ‘Renz’ who, not only was he shirtless, he was also not wearing a face mask while out in the streets.

Upon inspection, the suspect attempted to through a pack of cigarettes. When authorities inspected the case, a suspected Maryjane was found hidden inside the said case.

Based on the report, ‘Renz’ was discovered to be under the drugs watchlist in the barangay but he denied that he owned the Maryjane.

In a separate drug report, Bureau of Immigration (BI), employee arrested over illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation in Valenzuela City.

The BI employee a resident of #31 Marcelo St., Menlo Subdivision, Dalandanan. Retrieved from the suspect were  3 grams of illegal drugs with a standard drug price of P27,200.00, P500 buy-bust money, P150 cash, cellphone, and pouch.
