Sarah Geronimo talked about her much-awaited Tala concert
Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo revealed that there is a “buwis-buhay” stunt in her Tala The Film Concert as a celebration of her 18th year in the entertainment industry.
For almost two decades, Sarah never fails to amaze her fans with her performances, whether it for a production number, a movie, or a concert.
In an interview with Pika Pika for her concert to be released on March 27 via ktx.ph, she was asked a few questions regarding the details. She said that the event was mainly created for fans of her song Tala that was released in 2016 but gained overwhelming popularity in 2019 until 2020 and until now.

She was also asked about the stunt that she will do in the concert. ’Yong stunt na ’yon ay ginawa ko for the song ‘Ikot-ikot,’ so literally may pag ikot-ikot po akong ginawa dito. Abangan po ninyo kung paano namin siya ginawa nakaka-amaze…nakaka-amaze. Hahaha! Ako, na-amaze ako, e,” Sarah Geronimo shared.
The Popstar Royalty added, “Ga’no siya kahirap? Parang medyo buwis-buhay po siya.” However, she said that she was able to pull that off because of the guidance of Teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy of G-Force.
Paul Basinillo, the director of Tala The Film Concert, also teased that Sarah did a “kakaiba” in her new concert. “I think [this is] one of the first time na gumawa siya ng stunt talaga na may danger,” the director said.
Maestro Louie Ocampo is the musical director of this film concert that was shot in Araneta Coliseum.
