Kapuso actress Andrea Torres revealed that she is not giving second chances when it comes to romantic relationships and here is the reason why.
Andrea, as many showbiz fans know, was previously in a relationship with hunk actor Derek Ramsay. Their romance blossomed when they did the TV series The Better Woman.
Their relationship lasted for more than a year and their breakup was quite a shock, especially to AnDrek fans. It is because there were already several speculations that they were getting to the next level of their relationship.
Based on the article in PEP, it is not the nature of Andrea Torres to go back to a relationship that already ended. She said that she is not fond of giving second chances.
“I’m always 100 percent invested in my relationships. I will fight for it with all I have because I don’t like having ‘what ifs’ in life. If that happens, if we end up parting ways, I know I already did everything,” the actress said.
When asked about the boyfriend qualities that she is looking for, she answered, “sincerity and consistency”. However, as of now, the actress is not yet ready to open her heart for a new relationship as she is more focused now on herself.
Andrea also shared pieces of advice to women who need to move on after a breakup. “Reflect on what happened, get the lesson and allow yourself to grow,” she said.
The actress added that everything happens for a reason and that her faith lets her accept what comes along her way.
“My faith assures me that everything is going according to God’s plan, and that it is for my own good,” Andrea Torres stressed.
