Aristocrat Restaurant Apologizes Over Bad Customers’ Experience
An age-old popular restaurant Aristocrat in the Philippines apologizes after it received a report of contaminated food in one of its branches.
Aristocrat Restaurant on Roxas Boulevard is one that can be considered an ‘iconic’ restaurant in the country because it has become part of the history of the people of Manila. In fact, it is considered the “most popular” restaurant in the entire Philippines today.
However, like most businesses, it has still not survived controversy. On Thursday, Aristocrat Restaurant issued a statement to apologize for a recent unfortunate incident involving one of their customers.

It allegedly happened on March 1 at the Roxas Boulevard branch where a customer saw an insect food they ordered. The manager was immediately informed of appropriate action.
“Management then took the necessary action immediately by replacing the order at no charge and conducting an immediate investigation into the matter,” the statement said.
“While this does not change the regrettable experience that our customer had, words cannot express how sorry Aristocrat restaurant is for what happened. We truly appreciate the feedback from our customers and community and are using this as an opportunity to review, revamp, and improve our hygiene protocols,” the management added.
The Aristocrat also assured that they consider such an incident a serious incident and there will be a change in how their food is prepared. They currently conducting an internal audit and plan on additional training for staff to ensure that incidents like this are avoided in the future.
Aristocrat – Roxas Boulevard first served customers in the 1930s. Currently, it has 15 branches nationwide including those in Subic Bay, Lipa City, Malolos in Bulacan and Imus in Cavite.
