DEREK RAMSAY – The actor spoke on the “closure” with his ex-girlfriend, Kapuso actress Andrea Torres.
One of the celebrity breakups that surprised a lot of people in 2020 was the separation of Kapuso stars Derek Ramsay and Andrea Torres. They were officially together for more than a year.
Derek and Andrea became close to each other when they worked together on a television series under GMA-7. A romantic relationship blossomed between the two (2) celebrities and they were spotted enjoying their lives together after the project.
However, in November 2020, shortly after the GMA-7 Christmas video was released, the two (2) celebrities confirmed their breakup. Many people were surprised and even Derek claimed it was “sudden”.

In a vlog interview with singer Pops Fernandez, Derek Ramsay was asked if he already had a closure with his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Torres. According to the actor, he thinks “it will come with time” but he assured that there are no hate and regrets in what they had.
Derek believes that Andrea does not hate him and he also assured that he has no ill feelings towards her and her family. According to the actor, it was a mutual decision they made to part ways and the breakup was so sudden that he even felt “blindsided” by it.
The actor shared they had a little problem which became bigger and neither of them cannot adjust to it. In the vlog interview, he revealed that both of them agreed to go separate ways instead of forcing their relationship to work.
