Man Arrested After He Harassed a Young Lady with Disability in Pangasinan
Police arrest a man in Pangasinan after he allegedly harassed a young lady with disability while attending the birthday party with drinking session.
In a report of GMA News, a 27-year-old man was arrested after being accused of molesting a minor woman with a disability in Rosales, Pangasinan. The authorities said that the parents were looking for their 17-year-old Person with Disability (PWD).
They later saw the girl at the house of one of their relatives who was having a drinking session because of a birthday party. There, the young girl looks haggard as her hair was messy and her behavior becomes suspicious.

The victim’s father also becomes suspicious as he noticed his child. When asked by the father, the victim confessed to the harassment committed by the suspect.
A medical examination revealed that the victim may have been touched. But the suspect strongly denied the allegations against him. The victim’s father decided to file a complaint against the suspect.
Meanwhile, authorities have arrested the four most wanted in the provinces of Quezon, Batangas, Cebu, and Isabela. Philippine National Police (PNP) said that its Intelligence Group members nabbed four individuals, who were wanted for various cases in the said four provinces including molestation.
