PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day February 16, 2021 (Tuesday).

The 4AM update from the state weather bureau said that the Tail-end of a Frontal System will affecting the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao while the Northeast Monsoon will be affecting Luzon.

According to the bureau’s official website, the Tail-end of a Frontal System will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region and Occidental Mindoro.

It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.

Based on the website, for the forecast wind and coastal water condition, the northern section of Luzon and eastern section of Luzon and Visayas will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction, while facing moderate coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon and Visayas will face light to moderate winds that are also moving in the northeast direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.

Mindanao will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeast to northwest direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
