10 Individuals Arrested In Illegal Gambling In Las Piñas, Muntinlupa
ILLEGAL GAMBLING – 10 individuals were recently arrested after they were involved in an illegal gambling in Las Piñas and Muntinlupa.
In Las Piñas, four men were arrested by cops who were conducting Oplan Galugad, according to a report from ABS-CBN News.
The four were found to be involved in cockfighting in Barangay Pamplona Tres. The Southern Police District, the arrested were also caught not wearing a face mask and are drinking liquor.
Retrieved from the four were P800 worth of betting money, alcoholic beverages and and fighting roosters.
Based on the report, in Muntinlupa City, 6 men were arrested at 12 noon after they were also caught gambling in an illegal cockfight.
Retrieved from the six were two fighting roosters and betting money which is worth P2,500. They will all face charges for illegal cockfighting.
In a separate advisory, a delivery driver were arrested for smuggling bricks of drug plant that were hidden in vegetable products.

In a buy-bust operation, the operatives of Nueva Ecija arrested a young delivery driver in Brgy. Tayabo and arrested 55 55 kilos of alleged “Maryjane” bricks which amounted to P6.6 million.
