P68,000 Worth of Suspected Illegal Drugs Retrieved In Marikina City
MARIKINA CITY – The local police of Marikina City have recently recovered about P68,000 worth of suspected drugs in a sting ops there.
According to a report from Manila Bulletin, the local police also arrested the suspect, identified as Rheyhanna Bangon Tomas, aged 33.
Operatives from the local Police Station’s Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) have seized more or less 10 grams of suspected drugs which are worth about P68,000
Also retrieved from the buy-bust operation there include a pouch, cellphone, and six pieces of P1,000 bills believed to be boodle money from Tomas, based on the report.
In a separate drugs news, anti-drug operatives in Camarines Norte seized at about P300,000 worth of drugs in separate buy-busts in the said province.

The suspects were caught in buy-bust operations conducted in Barangay 1,Daet and Barangay Poblacion Norte, Paracale.
In Daet, retrieved from the operation there were 16 sachets of illegal drugs which weigh 50 grams and are worth about P150,000. Also recovered was P20,000 marked money.
In Paracale, on the other hand, retrieved from the operation six sachets of suspected illegal drugs weighing 20 grams.
The suspects are currently in police custody and facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
