Julia Barretto says she wants to have a family at a young age
Actress Julia Barretto shared one of her dreams and it is to become a housewife as she said that she wants to have her own family in the near future.
Julia is 23 years old now and in her recent podcast guesting on businesswoman Angely Dub’s show, she sounded so comfortable about the topic of settling down.
Based on the article in PEP, Julia expressed uncertainty when it comes to the question about what could happen to her after a year. However, she said that it has always been her goal to have a family at a young age.
“If I’m being completely honest kasi, I’ve always dreamt of having a family early on in life. Like, that was always my thing growing up. I always wanted to have a family at a young age,” the actress said.
Julia Barretto explained that it is because she wants to grow old with her family. Despite knowing the fact that family life is not easy, she still said, “I dream to become a housewife, but a housewife that’s like a boss-housewife. Like, you got your own work going on, but your number one priority is [kids and family].”
She also said that she is aware that in this generation, men are more appreciative of the efforts and sacrifices of women when it comes to their families.
“They see it more now, they understand it more now, how difficult a job it is [to be a homemaker],” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Julia Barretto admitted that she is still adjusting to the new normal amid the pandemic despite it has been going on for a year now.
