“Budol-Budol” Gang Member Victimized a Milk Tea Shop in Muntinlupa
A milk tea shop in Muntinlupa City was victimized by a “budol-budol” gang member after the suspect pretended to be a delivery guy.
CCTV footage of the store located at Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa City, shows that the culprit was just passing in front of the store on Manuel L. Quezon Street where the young saleswoman was watching.
The man identified as “Jomari” introduced himself as a delivery boy and said he would collect more than P3,500 as payment for the powdered drinks he had delivered to the store, based on the report of Anjo Bagaoisan.

He asked the woman for a paper to write down the alleged debt but said that the saleswoman would just hand over what she could afford. “Jomari” stole up to P660 cash in the box after 4 minutes.
A few minutes later the attendant thought to call the boss to let him know what had happened. The owner of the store, Vicson Villadares, said the saleslady was traumatized by the incident, especially since she had just entered work.
He said it was a good thing that their sales were sluggish that day so they only got a little money. He thanked that the weather on that day us bad so their sales were only small.
When Villadares posted the CCTV footage on social media, he discovered that the man had already done so in other stores in Cupang and the neighboring barangays of Bayanan, Alabang, and Poblacion.
He also often modus operandi the pretense that the store owner owes him money to get money. Villadares has already reported the incident to barangays Cupang and Poblacion and is now looking for the man.
