Here’s what Willie Revillame told to people who believed in fake news about him.

WILLIE REVILLAME – Kapuso game show host Willie Revillame apologized to people who believed in fake news about him to give out money.

GMA-7’s game show Wowowin host Willie Revillame just celebrated his 60th birthday. One of his wishes is for the pandemic to end to bring back everything to normal. Also, he went emotional when he spoke about how he misses his live audience.

He said in his show, “Pasensiya na kayo, nami-miss ko na yung matatanda, mga nanay, lola, mga special na mga bata, sa mga naka-wheelchair, bumubulong, pambili ng gamot, pambayad ng matrikula… nami-miss ko kayo sobra.”

However, as he celebrated his birthday, it led to fake news that he will accordingly give out money to people. Over 4000 people gathered together in front of the Wil Tower Mall in Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City, last January 27.

These people wanted to greet him personally but they are also hoping to receive money from him after hearing the news which turned out to be fake. Revillame apologized to them and in his defense, he explained that they can’t entertain the crowd because of the current situation of the country battling against a pandemic.

He felt bad for every single people he wasn’t able to see. But once this pandemic is over, he vowed that he will create a program in a bigger venue to cater to a huge number of his supporters and gather them together. What he just plead to the public is to stop spreading fake news as it creates disturbance and danger to other people.
