Elderly Vendor Selling Crocheted Wallet, Water Container & Other Stuff Despite Old Age Earns Reactions Online

An elderly vendor selling crocheted wallet, water container, and other stuff goes viral after it was posted on social media.

A lot of people in the Philippines are doing their best just to get a stable source of income amid the coronavirus pandemic affecting millions of people all around the world. The health crisis is also causing economic crisis.

A Facebook user named Jose Aran has posted the photos of an elderly vendor selling crocheted items along SM Manila. The post is now circulating online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.

Aran has shared the photos of an elderly woman selling crocheted products under LRT near the sidewalk along old GSIS building going to SM Manila. The old grandma is selling wallet, water container, and other crocheted products.

Jose said that he bought the crocheted water container for P150. The products were quite pricey but it is worthy due to its complicated designs. The vendor also offered him a free repair whenever the product gets damage.

Bili na kayo kay Nanay nang mga crocheted wallet, lagayan ng water at etc…

P150 tong lagayan ng water(bottle not included) medyo pricey pero effort naman sa pag crochet yan for sure.

She’s legit happy! Ako daw buena mano nya, free repair pag may sira balik lang daw sa kanya.”
