BLACKPINK’s Rose Drops Teaser of Solo Music Ahead of Their Virtual Concert
BLACKPINK – Rose is set to perform her first solo song during BLACKPINK’s big virtual concert.
It was postponed to a later date to comply with Korea coronavirus prevention guidelines. It will be available on BLACKPINK’s Youtube channel with access costing from PHP 1,799 (Standard) to P2,399 (Plus).
On Monday, January 25, BLACKPINK’s label YG Entertainment confirmed that Rose will be performing her solo track for the first time at their upcoming online concert.
“Rosé has completed filming the music video of her solo album’s title track mid-January. As the production budget for her video was unprecedented, we are currently doing our utmost best in the final stages of its production to ensure a high-quality release,” it said in a statement.

About the release of Rose’s single and music video, YG Entertainment said that it is still yet to be confirmed with the K-pop superstar. They assured the group’s fans that she’s set to perform it at the concert.
“Rosé has personally requested the chance to perform her song to her fans ahead of the album’s release, and after much deliberation, the agency agreed”
Rose’s single is said to be “mellifluous” while focusing the strength of the popstar’s vocals and “is a song that is completely different from BLACKPINK’s music to date.”
