Drug Suspect Who Has Murder Case In Cavite Killed In Buy-Bust
CAVITE – A drug suspect was recently killed by authorities in a buy-bust operation in the municipality of Imus in Cavite.
The suspect was identified as Fritz Marion Florentino, according to a report from GMA News’ Balitambayan.
Florentino was selling drugs to a poseur-buyer. Upon realizing that he was transacting to policemen, he fought back. This resulted in a gunfight which ended in the suspect’s death.
Retrieved from the drug suspect were some sachets of illegal drugs and a firearm. It has been discovered that Florentino was charged with a murder case.
Based on the report, in the municipality of Naic, another suspect, identified as Ricky Perez was killed after fighting against authorities. He was said to be a member of a drug group in Bacoor. Retrieved from the suspect were fourteen packs of suspected drugs.
Another alleged drug pushers were arrested in Barangay Gabuyan, Kapalong, Davao del Norte.

They were identified as the Mafayag siblings. They were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
The siblings have been charged with violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
