Here’s what John Estrada said about Ellen Adarna as a person
Actor John Estrada has spoken about the speculated “bad image” of his John en Ellen leading lady Ellen Adarna.
During a recent mediacon for their new sitcom on TV5 John was asked about Ellen. The actor said that he enjoyed doing this project with the returning actress, based on the article in Bandera.
“Iba ang character nitong babaeng ‘to. Definitely, we all know that she’s controversial and all that. But there’s more to her than that. She’s so bubbly, she’s a very good soul, you know, I’m glad kahit kelan man matapos itong John En Ellen, I’m just glad that I met this beautiful human being,” John Estrada said.
He also said that his leading lady has a great energy on the set. John also commended the honesty of Ellen who speaks her mind.
Then, the actor addressed other people’s misconception about the actress from Cebu. “Kung meron man kayong mga ‘bad image’ of Ellen Adarna, pakitapon n’yo na po ‘yan dahil hindi siya ‘yan,” he stressed.
John Estrada also shared that he is thankful that the Cebuana actress accepted the project. He said that initially, they thought Ellen will not accept this since she is now prioritizing her son Elias with former partner A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz.
John Estrada was also asked if it is possible that his close friend Derek Ramsay, who is now being linked to Ellen Adarna, will guest on their sitcom.
He had an affirmative answer as they are already thinking about it but Derrek also had to undergo health protocols first.
