The Realme V5 5G was announced on August 3, 2020, and released on August 7, 2020. It comes with a big display of 6.5” with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels.
Realme V5 5G has Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The dimension of the smartphone is 162.1 x 75 x 9.1mm and weighs 194 grams.
The smartphone runs on the Android 10 + Realme UI 1.0 and powered by MediaTek MT6853V Dimensity 720 5G. It is integrated with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Realme V5 5G sports a quad-camera setup at the back comprising of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth). On the front, there’s a 16-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking selfies.
Sensors on the smartphone include a fingerprint (side-mounted), compass, gyro, accelerometer, and proximity. It also features Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and USB Type-C 2.0.
The smartphone is fueled by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 30W. It was launched in Mint, Silver, and Blue colors.
