Janine Gutierrez is now a contract star of ABS-CBN
After almost a decade of being under the management of GMA-7, Janine Gutierrez transferred to ABS-CBN and this received reactions from Kapuso stars.
On the latter part of 2020, rumors surfaced that Janine is set to have her network switch. Along with this, intrigues against her surfaced.
It was alleged that GMA decided not to renew her contract because of her remark regarding the showbiz comeback of Senator Bong Revilla.
However, the actor-politician denied that he has something to do with the non-renewal of Janine Gutierrez’s contract with the Kapuso network.
On January 15, the former Kapuso actress officially had her contract signing with the Kapamilya network. In her recent Instagram post, she shared photos taken during the said event and she said in the caption, “Hello Kapamilya!”
This post of the award-winning actress received reactions from her fans and supporters. Many expressed excitement for her future projects with ABS-CBN. Several Kapamilya stars also commented on her post. Angelica Panganiban said that she can’t wait to have a project with the new Kapamilya star. Enchong Dee said, “Welcome Elise”, which is the name of Janine in their movie together.
This post of Janine Gutierrez as the new contract star of ABS-CBN also received comments from Kapuso stars. One of GMA’s A-list stars Lovi Poe and first StarStruck Ultimate Male Survivor Mark Herras congratulated her while former Eat Bulaga host Maureen Wroblewitz commented with heart emojis.
The boyfriend of Janine Gutierrez, Rayver Cruz, who is former Kapamilya and now Kapuso, also shared a message for her.
