Mani Vendor Received Help After Spotted Peddling With Pet Dog Riding a Broken Bike

The pitiful situation of the peanut or mani vendor peddling on the streets with his pet dog riding a broken bike received several supports from netizens.

A man selling peanuts has touched the feelings of many netizens online because of the story of a student Franklin Ramos Mariscal on social media. On January 8, he was walking to the south bus terminal in Cebu when a man, who was riding a bike and with his dog, called his attention.

According to him, he thought at first, the two were just walking around but he found out that my man was selling peanuts. Franklin lost his sight to the man but when he crossed the pedestrian lane to Flying V on 7/11, they met and he talked to him.

The peanut vendor allegedly complained that his back hurt because he was just pushing his bike wherever they went and the tire of the bike is broken. Franklin pet the dog and noticed that he was kind and used to people.

According to the vendor, his pet is a golden retriever. Franklin felt sorry for the two so when he posted his story on social media, he called on netizens to buy from the vendor because it can be a big help to the two.

Netizens’ comments flooded Franklin’s post, especially those who wanted to help. They want to do a fundraising project to repair or buy a new bike for the vendor.

They also want to make the dog a safe and comfortable seat because it seems to be just hanging on the bike. As a result, Franklin also released his cellphone number and bank account for those who want to send money.
