Wowowin host Willie Revillame has given this kind of help to Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Willie is one of the celebrities who extended help to other people amid the health crisis in the Philippines. He even donated a big amount of money to jeepney drivers who were affected by the lockdown.
Through his game show, he continues to give prizes to viewers that could be a big help for their financial needs. The TV host is also helping his fellow showbiz personalities, just like Lani.
Based on the article from the Philippine Entertainment Portal, Willie Revillame helped the singer amid the pandemic. He let Lani and her husband Noli stay in his home for three months at the height of the crisis in the country.
“Three months kaming nag-stay sa bahay niya. Nakakatuwa yang tao na yan. He’s very generous and caring,” the Asia’s Nightingale shared in an interview.
In a previous guesting of Lani on Wowowin, Willie mentioned how he admires the talent of the singer even before he knew who she was.
“Ipinagmamalaki ng mga Pilipino sa buong mundo. Napanood namin sa Las Vegas ito, hindi ko kilala. Sabi ko, sino ‘yan? Pinay ba ‘yan?” the TV host said.
Meanwhile, Willie Revillame also helped Queen of All Media Kris Aquino and her sons Josh and Bimby amid the pandemic. He let them stay at his private resort in Tagaytay.
This created romantic speculations between Willie and Kris but the latter said that she and the Wowowin host cannot be a couple.
