Male Employee Expresses Dismay Over Alleged Inhumane Backpay

A male employee complained over alleged inhumane backpay he received from the company after quitting his job.

A Facebook user named Amir Jhon Tingdioco has expressed his disappointment towards his former company for giving him an inhumane backpay after quitting job. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

Tingdioco revealed that he worked for the company for more than two years but received a very small amount of separation fee. He received a total amount of P172.00 only as his separation pay.

Jhon is also seeking the help of veteran radio broadcaster Raffy Tulfo to file a complaint against Manpower for Advertising Services Agency and Trading Inc. he is also seeking justice for other workers victimized by the company.

The disappointed worker also revealed that other workers reported the agency’s action to Raffy Tulfo last year. The company reportedly released the backpay of the displaced workers after the incident.
