Jake Cuenca reacted to a negative comment
Actor Jake Cuenca answered the “walang utang na loob” comment against him for having a new series on TV5.
For several years, Jake has been doing shows in the Kapamilya network. He has done supporting and lead roles in the past, aside from his modeling stints and endorsement projects.
However, Jake accepted a new project in the Kapatid network. He is not the only Kapamilya star who has done this as several others have new shows under the Brightlight Productions of Albee Benitez.
Some also are being accused of “walang utang na loob” as what Jake Cuenca also received as a comment against him. Based on the article from Abante Entertainment, the actor chooses to just ignore this remark.
He is happy to have a new series with former Kapuso actress Kris Bernal. For Jake, it is a good thing that he has the chance to work with stars from other networks.
The actor shared that when this project was offered to him, he accepted immediately because he will be working with Kris, whom he worked with in a movie last year, aside from the fact that he loves the project.
Jake Cuenca also clarified that he is still under the management of ABS-CBN’s talent management company, Star Magic.
Meanwhile, Jake shared previously that his role in the movie Sitsit with Ivana Alawi was really challenging. The actor particularly said that playing his “alter ego” was hard but he was able to pull it.
However, Jake said that he enjoyed working with his co-stars as well as with directors Ato Bautista and Erin Pascual.
