Sony announced its new flagship model Xperia 1 II on February 24, 2020. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 processor. Sony Xperia 1 II runs on the Android 10.0 OS.
Xperia 1 II is packed with 8GB Ram and 256GB internal storage. It comes with a quad-camera on the rear-side that consists of 12-megapixel (wide) +12-megapixel (telephoto) 3x optical zoom, OIS + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) + 0.3-megapixel, TOF 3D (depth). The phone’s rear camera also features LED flash, panorama, Zeiss optics, eye-tracking, and HDR. For the selfie camera, Sony used a single 8-megapixel camera.
The display of the smartphone is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 and features HDR BT.2020, DCI-P3 100%, and 90Hz. Xperia 1 II sports a 6.5-inches OLED capacitive touchscreen and provides a 1644 x 3840px resolution.
The smartphone comes in two different colors such as purple and black. Xperia 1 II is fueled with a 4000mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast battery charging + USB power delivery.
The sensors of the smartphone include gyro, color spectrum, compass, barometer, proximity, accelerometer, and fingerprint (side-mounted). Sony Xperia 1 II also features Bluetooth 5.0, USB 2.0, NFC, and GPS.
