Maureen Wroblewitz shared her “very scary experience” after she tested positive for COVID-19
Model Maureen Wroblewitz revealed in her recent Instagram post that she tested positive for COVID-19 and she described her experience as “very scary”.
Maureen is just among many celebrities who revealed that they got infected with the fatal virus. Previously, it was reported that celebrities like Christopher de Leon, Michael V, and Alex Gonzaga also had to go through quarantine after they tested positive.
Those celebrities also shared their recovery journey and what they went through. Maureen also has the same intention of sharing her experience. She said in her IG post that initially, she had to intention of sharing her health status to the public.
However, she wanted to spread awareness and so she decided to tell her story that scared her a lot and affected her mental health as well.
“I was tested positive for Covid-19 and I’ve been in home quarantine for 2 weeks. It has been a very scary experience and it has most definitely taken a toll on my mental health,” Maureen Wroblewitz shared.
Then, she said that she is fine now and this made her so grateful that she is alive. She also shared some things to keep in mind amid this crisis.
“Sometimes not even the people closest to you, friends that you think will always have your back. You really have to protect yourself because there are people out there who don‘t care if you get infected,” Maureen stressed.
The model also shared reminders on how to prevent getting infected by doing the health protocols such wearing mask properly, covering the mouth and nose, and taking vitamins.
“Please be responsible when you go out and protect yourself first in order to protect others! Stay safe and healthy everyone,” Maureen Wroblewitz said.
