PAGASA – Amihan To Bring Cloudy Skies, Light Rains Over Extreme Northern Luzon This November 20, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day November 20, 2020 (Friday).
The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting extreme northern Luzon on this day.
According from GMA News , amihan will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
The bureau warned that floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.
Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, extreme northern Luzon will face moderate winds that are moving in the northeast to east direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeastward while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
