Kath and Min Ho worked together as the endorsers of a popular online shopping brand. This brought excitement to the fans of the Pinay actress who also admire the actor from South Korea.
The popularity of Min Ho has reached the Philippines when he starred in the hit K-drama series Boys Over Flowers. From that, Pinoy K-drama fans have been following his new projects.
In a previous interview, Kathryn expressed that she is honored to be paired with Min Ho in an endorsement project. She was surprised when she knew that she is the endorsement partner of the popular actor.
In a recent interview with the Philippine Entertainment Portal, the girlfriend of Daniel Padilla admitted that she is a fan of the South Korean actor. She said that she watched his series Boys Over Flowers twice.
“Inaabangan ko siya tapos dubbed pa siya sa Tagalog. I watched it again with Lhexine [niece], pero yung hindi na dubbed,” she revealed.
For the Kathryn Bernardo Lee Min Ho endorsement project, the Pinay actress said that during the first shooting day she was just told that someone from Korea will be with her in this stint.
“Then fast forward to few weeks ago, nasa shoot ako noon and then Tita Lulu [Romero], my handler, sent me the board, and she said na si Lee Min Ho yung makakasama. Super nagulat ako! Hindi ko in-expect na siya yung kukunin,” she said.
The self-confessed K-drama fan said that she is really happy and thankful to have this opportunity.
