Kind Couple Gives Less Fortunate Kids a KFC Meal Treat Earned Praise Online
Video footage of a kind couple giving less fortunate kids staying outside of a fast-food chain a free KFC meal earned praise from netizens.
The couple’s kindness was recently praised after they decided to buy a KFC meal for the two children sitting outside of the fast-food chain. With the closeness of the two children, there is a great possibility that they are siblings.
In the video posted by Samuel Lee Wui Phung, the joy of the two can be seen when they receive the delicious food from the good heart. They even give thumbs up when they see that they are being filmed.
“The moment when you see this true reaction from the less fortunate kids. I’m speechless,” said Samuel.

According to Samuel, the owner of a car repair garage and sneaker shop, the incident took place on November 1, 2020, around 2:30 pm. His girlfriend re-entered the KFC outlet and bought a set of dinner plate combo containing fried chicken, rice, and drinks.
“I saw the kids and they look like they are homeless or pendatang asing tanpa izin (PATI). I don’t know lah what is their status. So I decided to give them money,” he said.
“At first, I give them RM3 only. I see the brother and sister counted the money so happily, then I took [my phone out] to record the moment,” he added.
The video went viral with over 6k reactions, 1,800 shares, and an estimated hundred thousand views after it was posted. Their act of kindness received many gratitudes and praise.
