2 Honest Security Guards Receives Praises After Returing Lost Cash to Owner

Two honest security guards of the Pampanga provincial government have returned the lost P200,000 to its respective owner.

Pampanga provincial government civilian security personnel identified as Jason Jimenez and Kailo Enrile earned praises and admiration after showing an act of honesty. They have returned a lost paper bag containing cash.

The guards found a lost paper bag with P200, 000 cash inside a toilet at the capitol during their regular inspection after it was accidentally left by quarry operator Reynaldo Carlos. The two found a receipt inside the white paper bag and tracked the owner.

The honest employees immediately turned over the cash to the Office of the Governor. The securities returned the money after realizing the advice of the governor that capitol employees to work hard and be honest.

Gov. Dennis Pineda lauded the two employees for their honesty amid poverty and coronavirus pandemic.

“They embodied honesty in civil service and are worth emulating, Sa hirap ng buhay pinatunayan lang nila na may mabubuti pang tao sa panahon ngayon,” Pineda said.

Reynaldo Carlos dropped the paper bag after purchasing a few booklets of quarry receipts at the treasurer’s office.

Jimenez and Enrile are currently working as casual and job-order in the capitol but recommended for promotions because of their honesty.
