PAGASA – Quinta Continues To Dampen Parts Of Western Luzon As It Exits PAR This October 28, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day October 28, 2020 (Wednesday).

The latest update from the state weather bureau says that Typhoon Quinta (internationally called: Molave) continues to dampen parts of western Luzon amid its exit on PAR while a tropical depression is set to enter PAR later Wednesday or Thursday morning.
According to ABS-CBN News, Quinta continues to head towards Vietnam and its outer circulation will bring rains over Occidental Mindoro, Palawan and Western Visayas, according to the bureau.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face fair weather with isolated thunderstorms later on this day. Quinta, as the country’s 17th storm had inundated parts of Luzon, leaving at least 4 dead and affected 150,000 residents.
Meanwhile, a tropical depression was last spotted at 2,070 kilometers east of Central Luzon. It will be locally named “Rolly” when it enters PAR. It was moving northwest as it packs maximum winds of 55 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour, based on the report.
It is forecast to head towards Bicol region and Eastern Visayas but there is a possibility that its track may still change. It may affect Metro Manila on October 31 or November 1, according to the bureau.
