Arci Munoz as a new achievement outside showbiz
Actress-singer Arci Munoz garnered admiration as she is now a sergeant of the Philippine Air Force Reserve (PAFR) Command.
Arci has done several major acting projects from the time she started her showbiz career by joining a reality talent search. Aside from her acting stints, she is also a performer on stage.
Last June, she announced through her Instagram post that she enlisted to be a reservist for the Philippine Air Force. In that post she encouraged her fellow women to do the same act.
“Hinihikayat ko po ang aking mga kapwa kababaihan na mag-enlist. Marami pong salamat sa aking Philippine air force family. Asahan nyo po ang aking buong pusong dedikasyon at serbisyo,” Arci said. She was joined by her fellow Kapamilya star JM de Guzman.
Now, she added a feather in her cap. Arci is now a sergeant. The actress completed the Basic Citizen Military Training on Sunda, October 25, at Gaerlan Auditorium, HAFRC, Clark Air Base in Pampanga.

On the official Facebook post of PAFR, it was said that she trained under the supervision of the 1st Air Reserve Center.
“Sgt Muñoz PAFR, under the supervision of 1st Air Reserve Center, learned the basic knowledges and skills of soldiery,” the FB post stated.
Arci Munoz underwent several trainings such as HADR training, marksmanship training, obstacle course, Field Training Exercise (FTX) and other activities for fifty days.
Those trainings will serve as her preparation “for her future roles as a Reservist of the Phippine Air Force.”
