Heart Evangelista recalled a past interview about Chiz Escudero
Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista revealed the reason why she used to be nonchalant about questions regarding her relationship with Chiz Escudero.
When Heart and Chiz were just starting their relationship, the actress was not entertaining well questions about the politician. In her recent vlog wherein she reacted to her past photos and videos, Heart talked about this early part of their relationship.
She was asked for a birthday feature about her budding relationship with the then-Senator. “I didn’t know what to say. I didn’t want this interview,” the Kapuso star said.
It is because she thought that if she divulge too much information about her love life, it will not turn out well.
“Ayaw ko kasi ma-jinx ‘cause everytime I go out and amidst something, na-ji-jinx. O kaya my parents would obviously think na ‘naku, seryoso na, it’s time to end it.’ So, kunwari nonchalant lang kasi kung hindi, ayan na sila,” Heart Evangelista said.
It is known to many that the parents of the actress was at first against her relationship with the politician. However, despite what happened and what she and Chiz went through, she is thankful that things got better over the years.
“I’m just so happy that, thank God, everything turned out to be very very good so kapit lang everything’s going to end up well,” the actress/style icon said.
Recalling the conflict she had with her parents, Heart Evangelista is simply ecstatic that they are happy now. When they reconciled, the actress shared that it felt like the same as before. “We just get each other so much now,” she added.
