Gabby Concepcion Proud Of Daughter KC Concepcion’s Dedication To UN WFP
KC CONCEPCION – Actor Gabby Concepcion is proud of his daughter KC Concepcion’s dedication to the UN World Food Programme.
Filipina actress, singer, and vlogger KC Concepcion is the daughter of veteran actors Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta. She is the Philippines’ national ambassador for the United Nations World Food Programme.
In 2015, she recorded a song for the 70th anniversary of the organization. The 35-year-old celebrity has been part of the humanitarian organization for 12 years now
Based on a report from GMA News, the United Nations World Food Program recently received the 2020 Nobel Peace Prize. On Monday, October 12, the UN’s food-assistance branch received the award for its effort to help fight hunger in conflict-affected areas.

According to the report, the UN World Food Programme has helped over 97 million people in 88 countries last year. KC Concepcion joined the celebration of the UN. In a post on her Instagram account last October 11, KC shared snippets of her travels under the UN.
“Hello loves! The @worldfoodprogramme, my beloved organization that I’ve been a part of for 12 years now, has just been awarded the 2020 Nobel Peace Prize Thank you for your SUPPORT, for being part of this great Humanitarian work by donating and paying attention to our cause in helping to fight hunger on many occasions – especially here in the Philippines. We appreciate you. @nobelprize_org,” she wrote.
In a follow-up post, KC Concepcion thanked the organization for teaching her how to help poor communities around the world. Her dad Gabby Concepcion joined her in celebrating the UN’s achievement. He uploaded a photo of his daughter during her humanitarian work in East Africa.
