Lolit Solis Reveals ‘Radio War’ Is Also Happening Due To This

Lolit Solis opens up about “radio war”

Entertainment columnist Lolit Solis revealed that there is also “radio war” aside from the popular war between TV networks in the Philippines.

Exclusivity has become a trend in the entertainment industry in the county. Those who have exclusive contract in one TV network is not allowed to appear in shows on the other network. This has become the common setup for several years.

However, according to Manay Lolit, this is not the only war in the world of media because she said there is also a “radio war”. In her recent write-up on her Instagram account, the columnist said that Ted Failon, who is formerly from the Kapamilya network, has a portion on his TV5 radio program that has a “chikahan” format.

She shared that Ted invited veteran actor Christopher de Leon to be the guest in the said portion of his radio program. Then, Lolit Solis said that Ted Failon requested her to invite Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.

YES agad sagot ni Dingdong,” she shared.

However, the columnist said that there was one problem. Manay Lolit said.

With this, she said that “radio war” is also happening and not just the network war.

Lolit Solis even said that she thought of being a talent coordinator for the radio show of Ted Failon. However, it appears that it will no longer happen because of the “radio war”.
