Sandara Park now has almost a million YouTube subscribers
K-pop star Sandara Park is now celebrating for having 900,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel Dara TV.
The showbiz journey of Sandara, who is popularly known as Dara in South Korea now, started when she joined the Star Circle Quest, the talent search of ABS-CBN, in 2004.
After winning the said contest, she was give various roles on TV and movies. Then, she was able to establish a career in South Korea and was known as a member of the K-pop group 2NE1. Although she is in her home country now, Sandara never forgot the Philippines and the Filipino people.
She even featured the Filipino market in Seoul in her recent YouTube vlog. She and her producer went there to buy Filipino products but when she as recognized who she was, Pinoys started to take photos with her. It can be seen that she can hardly finish her food but still smiling for the Filipino fans.
A few days after that vlog was released, Sandara Park shared a celebratory post on her Instagram account. “Happy 900k subscribers~ and let’s go for 1M subscribers!!! Thank you so much for your support~!!!” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Her fans from the Philippines and South Korea congratulated her and wished that she will soon reached 1 million subscribers. Some Pinoy fans expressed happiness that she never fails to mention the Philippines.
Even Kapuso comedienne Ai-Ai delas Alas can attest to the humility that Sandara still possesses even though she is now popular in South Korea.
