Actress Liza Soberano speaks about criminal complaint following threat from Converge employee.

LIZA SOBERANO – Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano formally filed criminal complaint and here’s her reason why she pushed this through.

Brave and firm, the Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano said she wouldn’t let the dangerous threat an employee of her former internet service provider has expressed against her pass. And true to her words, the young actress formally filed criminal complaint versus the woman over her foul remarks.

The foul comment violated RA 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 as per her legal counsel and she thinks that it is finally time to speak and give the persons who are rude online their lesson, most especially of their comment go way over.

Explaining her side why she pursued such, she also stated as per report from PUSH, “I don’t think that I can just let that pass because for me the reason why I want to pursue this case is because I wanted to take a stand for all the silent victims…”

She added it is about time to end making jokes out of such serious matter because there is nothing funny about it. She is also convinced that the employee’s threat is referring to her because she was the only one who ranted against their company on social media at that time.

Meanwhile, regarding offers she received from other networks after her home network ABS-CBN has shut down, she expressed how grateful she for having those but she chose to stay with her network. She respect them and believe that this is the time they should for their network after it has helped them a lot by giving them opportunities.

She also confirmed that she has an upcoming project with Star Cinema along her love team and real life boyfriend Enrique Gil. Moreover, they will probably start shooting for their new project next year.
