Taylor Swift To Perform ‘Betty’ Live for the First Time

TAYLOR SWIFT – American superstar Taylor Swift will perform her Folklore track ‘Betty’ live at 55th Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards .

Last July, country music singer-songwriter Taylor Swift surprised her fans around the world with the release of her eighth album “Folklore.” She said in her Instagram post that she created the indie album while in isolation.

The 30-year-old superstar also gave her fans an extra treat with the official music video for ‘Cardigan.’ She sent a cardigan identical to the sweater she wore in the music video to late Kobe Bryant’s daughter Natalia.

Based on a report from Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift will perform “Betty” live for the first time at the 2020 Academy of Country Music Award on September 16. She will deliver her ‘Folklore’ track from Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry.

According to the report, Taylor Swift’s performance at the ACM will mark her first at the ceremony in seven years. She a 2-time Entertainer of the Year winner at the awards show.

In addition to Taylor, this year’s awards show will also feature performances by Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris, Florida George Line, Trisha Yearwood, Dan + Shay among others.

Based on the report, Australian singer-songwriter Keith Urban will serve as host of the 55th ACM Awards. The show will air live on CBS on Wednesday, September 16.

Taylor Swift posted about it on her Twitter account. It came with a caption, “Bout to show up at your party @ACMawards.”
