Poor Lola Receives Financial Help from Kind Netizens For Working Hard Despite Old Age Just to Support Husband and Daughter
A poor lola named Matilde Caringel who is still working despite her old age received financial help from kind netizens.
A Facebook user named Eunice Patricia Ama has shared the heartbreaking photos of a hardworking grandma who is working despite her old age just to support her husband and daughter.
Eunice said that the 80-year-old woman is still working just to earn money and provide the necessities of her husband and daughter. The senior citizen’s home can be found in Daang Aleman, Brgy. Prinza, Calauan, Laguna.
The lady netizen’s post goes viral and moved the hearts of kind-hearted netizens who extend their helping hands towards Nanay Matilde. Ama also expressed her gratefulness towards the good-hearted people who helped the poor lola.
The young lady said that she used some of the money to buy rice, toiletries, canned goods, bread, and eggs for the elderly woman. She also shared the photos of Nanay Matilde receiving a new electric fan, foam, and radio.

“Honestly, I’m not expecting financial help from everyone but I received a lot of it. I will not post the total amount publicly that we have gathered for the safety purposes of nanay Matilde. I just want to share with everyone that half of the donations I’ve got, I used it to buy RICE, TOILETRIES, CANNED GOODS, TASTY, EGG, etc. for nanay (I have receipt of the rice and groceries). Also, half of the donations, BINIGAY KO PO NG CASH.
P.S. Please don’t be misguided if same lang po yung suot ni nanay nung nakita ko sya and binigyan ko po sya ng kaunting tulong, sadyang ayun padin po ang suot ni nanay.
