Kylie Padilla & Aljur Abrenica Admit Early Part of Relationship Was ‘Toxic’
KYLIE PADILLA – Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla described the early stage of her relationship with Aljur Abrenica as “toxic.”
Filipino-Australian actress Kylie Padilla is the daughter of veteran actor Robin Padilla and Liezel Sicangco. In 2018, she married Kapamilya actor Aljur Abrenica.
The celebrity couple has two sons – Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo. Their sons will surely become one of the future heartthrobs.
On Saturday, September 5, Kylie Padilla uploaded a vlog on her Youtube Channel. It’s a “tell-all” vlog with her husband Aljur Abrenica. They answered questions about their relationship. The Kapuso star shared that her father Robin Padilla initially did not want her to get a boyfriend yet.

Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica answered the netizen’s assumptions about them and their relationship. During their vlog, the celebrity couple revealed a lot of things.
They revealed about the rocky start of their relationship. Kylie said, “Actually nung start ng relationship namin, hindi siya masyadong maganda. Hindi siya naging maganda.”
Kylie Padilla further added that her dad was so strict and he didn’t want her to get a boyfriend yet. “Strict kasi yung tatay ko at ayaw niya na magka-boyfriend ako noon. Tapos nung nalaman niya na I was seeing someone, ayun nagkagulo na.”
“There was some things na nailabas sa media na ayaw ko sanang ilabas o malaman kasi di naman kailangan malaman kasi it’s a private matter pero nalaman pa rin,” she added.

At one point in the video, Kylie Padilla admitted that the earlier part of their relationship became toxic. “Based on my experience, doon sa earlier part ng relationship natin, ang dami talagang toxic na nagyari na hindi naman kailangan,” she said.
“Hindi lahat ng dirty laundry mo, i-e-ere mo, that’s not how I want my life to be like. Lalo na si Aljur kasi gusto niya talaga low-key,” she added.
Despite the issues they encountered in the past, the actor said he did not regret his decision to protect Padilla before.
