“By 1984, I had stopped smoking for more than 2 years na and prior to biting on a pipe (this photo) i ate a lot of candies to satisfy my oral fixation caused by having to put a cigarette between my lips. After 14 cavities in just 3 months i switched to chewing gum. Success! But i developed a lot of gas. Ugh. So i got to biting a very tough pipe. Nasira din yung pipa after a year but it helped. I am now clear of that ciggy addiction for 38 years! More than the years i actually smoked 2 packs a day of PM100s! Menthol pa,” he wrote.
