Catriona Gray Wows Netizens With New Outfit During Laguna Visit
CATRIONA GRAY – Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray wows netizens on social media with her outfit during a visit to Laguna.
The Miss Universe sported a modern twist to a classic Filipino outfit netizens are going crazy for. According to the Facebook page Pageants Fanatic, the outfit’s designer was Frederick Berches of Laguna. Additionally, the styling was made by Justine Aliman and Patrick Mergano.
As per the Facebook page, Catriona Gray became the “Adopted Illustrious Daughter of Laguna”. Moreover, she visited to promote tourism in Laguna being DTI’s One-Town-One-Product Ambassador.
Not only was Catriona’s outfit on point, but even her face mask also became part of the aesthetic. The look is reminiscent of the Philippines’ national outfit for men, the Barong Tagalog. But, with just a few extra details added on top of it, the outfit felt modern, fitting for the “Buwan ng Wika” celebration.
