Ben Tulfo has this reaction to Arnold Clavio-Sarah Balabagan issue
Journalist Ben Tulfo urged fellow journalist Arnold Clavio to settle the issue with Sarah Balabagan.
Early this week, the revelation of Balabagan created a clamor on social media as she claimed that Clavio is the father of her eldest child who she conceived when she was just 17 years old.
Along with this revelation, the former OFW apologized to the family of Clavio as she said she did not want to justify her wrongful act. Amid the issue, everyone is waiting for the statement from the camp of the Kapuso journalist. However, as of press time, Clavio has maintained his silence over the issue.
In line with this, Ben Tulfo, in the recent episode of his program Bitag, shared a piece of his mind. He said that there is no truth behind the rumors that DDS of supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte were behind the revelation of Balabagan.
Tulfo also urged Kapuso network, with its slogan “walang kinikilingan, walang pinoprotektahan”, to do the right thing regarding this issue. “What are you guys doing? Patuloy niyo bang idedeadma ‘to?” Tulfo asked.
He also advised the Kapuso journalist to consult his spiritual adviser if he has one or his boss in the TV network in order to settle this issue. “Hindi ka namin pinapakialaman. You know, a public figure is a person na tinitingala, kapag ika’y tinitingala, personal ‘to eh, we have nothing to do with that but then again, hindi mo pwedeng gawin mo ang personal mo at public life mo ihiwalay mo,” Tulfo stressed.

The Bitag host also reiterated that many people are waiting for him to speak for the sake of “delicadeza”. Ben Tulfo also said that he might be worst than Arnold Clavio as a person but admitting the mistake is a very important act.
