TV host Raffy Tulfo shares a few things about him that most people might not know about and here’s what he revealed.

Viewers of his show, RaffyTulfo In Action might be updated of the latest happenings in his program and how he handles every situation of people asking advice or help from him.

However, entertainment columnist Ricky Lo was able to ask questions from Raffy that revealed his other side that most of his viewers don’t know.

When asked about waking up from the wrong side of the bed, Raffy answered, “This is the time when you don’t mess around with me.” The TV host shared that his cellphone is one thing that he could not do without. The said item is always present in his bag along with his “wallet, cellphone, extra facemask, hand sanitizer, mouthwash, eye drop and eyeglasses.”

When asked if he is a worrier, the TV host said that sometimes he tends to worry about the cases they are solving in his program. On the question, if he considers himself as a hypochondriac, he has this lengthy answer.

“I was at one time and I thought I had a very serious illness and my time was up. I had different kinds of alarming symptoms then that bothered me a lot and didn’t go away. I went to consult a cardiologist, neurologist, pulmonologist, gastroenterologist, immunologist, dermatologist and endocrinologist. And it turned out later that it was just a case of stress and withdrawal syndrome from a long period of excessive smoking.”

Raffy Tulfo also shared about his collection of shoes that consists of over 200 pairs and his favorite pair are the Jimmy Choo layered with Swarovski crystals because that was a birthday gift from his wife.

Talking about his wife, he said that his family and his extended family in RTIA are his most precious possessions. However, he just gives himself a score of 9 out of 10 when asked to rate his performance as a husband, father, and boss. “Because I’m not perfect,” the TV host said.

Although he is well-respected media practitioner now, Raffy also had a down moment. “When I was a teenager, I ran away from home. A couple of months later, I came back and begged for forgiveness from my parents. And they gave me a second chance and a fresh start,” he revealed.

Going back on that moment, he would tell his 15-year old self, “Hey moron, listen to Mom and Dad.” Raffy also shared that he is a believer in the afterlife and that he always prays “good health” but he is not superstitious.

“The best thing about me, perhaps, is I don’t say no to people who are really in need of help. And the worst thing about me, maybe, is I’m a perfectionist and I expect the highest quality of work from my people, and if things are not done the way I wanted it, I get furious,” he shared when asked about the best or worst thing about him.

When asked to describe himself in three words, Raffy Tulfo said he is a “Listener, Troubleshooter, Peacemaker.”
