Atom Araullo Has Question For President Duterte
ATOM ARAULLO – Journalist Atom Araullo had a question for President Rodrigo Duterte after saying he would prioritize military and police.
During his public address, Duterte said the poor would be given priority when it comes to the vaccine. However, he then stressed that above all, the military and police would be given priority.
“Ang mauuna ‘yung mga taong nasa listahan ng mga gobyerno na tumatanggap ng Pantawid (4Ps). Ito ‘yung mga mahirap. Pero mauna sa lahat ang mga military pati pulis kasi kung walang pulis pati military, babagsak tayo. Sinong magguwardiya sa atin?
As a response Atom Araullo asked Duterte this question:
How about frontline healthcare workers? I suppose that should be a given?
Because of his statement, atom received both positive and negative comments on his Twitter post. Here are some of those comments:

Well sabi nga ng isang doctor, “Yun nalang kasi yung pang-appease nya sa military & PNP. wala na cya ibang maisip na incentive to keep them on his side.” Sa socialmedia lang naman ata kami heroes eh. Sa totoong buhay pinapabayaan na lang kami. Underpaid and overworked.
