During the Monday episode of Kapamilya channel’s Tawag ng Tanghalan, a British man named Joshua Mumby popped the question to his girlfriend Kristel Herrera on air.

Before Joshua proposed to the TNT contestant, host Vice Ganda asked him to teach his co-host, Vhong Navarro, to speak with British accent. The Phenomenal star said Vhong will just copy everything he says.

“Say anything then I will copy paste you,” Vhong said.

Joshua Mumby used his British accent tutorial with Vhong Navarro top ask his girlfriend to marry him. He said, “Kristel Herrera, will you do me the great honor.”

The host experienced an audio issue and didn’t get Joshua’s speech at first. So, he repeated it: “Kristel Herrera, will you do me the great honor of becoming my wife.” He then showed a beautiful engagement ring.

Joshua Mumby’s marriage proposal drew cheers and scream from the hosts and the staff inside the studio. The unexpected move obviously left the people in shock.
