This former daring actress went missing for five months
Former daring actress Brandy Ayala, reportedly, was missing for five months and she was recently spotted in Mandaluyong City.
Brandy was among the popular daring stars during the 80s and she was one of the “liquor beauties” managed by talent manager Rey dela Cruz. She is Remedios Estrada in real life. Among her contemporaries were Remy Martin, Chivas Regal, at Vodka Zobel.
Based on the article from PEP, the niece of Brandy, Ralph Estrada, asked helped in order to find the former daring actress. From the time that the enhanced community quarantine was implemented in on March 15, Brandy was not able to go back to their home.
The former daring star’s mental health was greatly affected by prohibited drugs during the time when she was active in showbiz. According to Ralph, the condition of his aunt even worsen when she had schizophrenia in 1997.
Because of her condition, Brandy was seen loitering in the streets and asking money from passers-by for her food. Ralph is worried that her aunt was not able to go home amid the pandemic.
“Nang lumabas po yung artikulo ng PEP, sinabi ng kakilala ko na parang napansin siya sa Mandaluyong,” Ralph shared. He added that they have no financial means to go where the former daring actress was spotted.
They are thinking of just renting a car to get Brandy in Mandaluyong. Ralph is having a difficult time right now when it comes to the financial aspect. He became jobless due to the pandemic and his father, the older brother of Brandy is also sick. However, he is hopeful that they will find his aunt soon.
