ABS-CBN Colleagues Congratulate Anthony Taberna, Gerry Baja at DZRH
Colleagues of news anchor Anthony Taberna and Gerry Baja from the former network, ABS-CBN, congratulate them in their new home at DZRH.
On Thursday, August 20, Anthony Taberna and co-radio host Gerry Baja officially signed their contract with Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC). The title of their then DZMM radio program, Dos Por Dos, which lasted more than seventeen years, will also be retained.
On their Instagram, the two shared photos at the contract signing with MBC executives. Anthony said on his caption “Bagong bahay ng Dos Por Dos. It’s official, nagkapirmahan na!”
Taberna also thanked the DZRH family of MBC for their hot welcome. Meanwhile, Baja’s said on his Instagram caption, “FLASH REPORT! Dospordos at MBC DZRH Management, nagkapirmahan na!!”

After the post, friends of the two sends congratulatory messages. Among those who greeted them were their former ABS-CBN colleagues Amy Perez, Bianca Gonzales, news anchor Karen Davila, Kapuso broadcaster Arnold Clavio, and former senator JV Ejercito.

When ABS-CBN was ordered to shut down due to its denied franchise application, TV and radio station affiliated to the media company also had to stop broadcasting. That includes the seventeen years running program of Anthony Taberna and Gerry Baja, the Dos por Dos at DZMM.
